The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS SB 88(RES) Shall the Senate Concur in the House amendment to SB 88? Effective Date YEAS: 15 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 4 Yeas: Bunde, Cowdery, Dyson, Ellis, French, Green, Ogan, Olson, Seekins, Stevens B, Stevens G, Taylor, Therriault, Wagoner, Wilken Excused: Davis Absent: Elton, Guess, Hoffman, Lincoln 2003-05-18 Senate Journal Page 1545 and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 88(RES) "An Act relating to standards for forest resources and practices; and providing for an effective date." Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on concurrence be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
